We had our Eid breakfast this morning and it was lovely to see everyone come together. Thank you to all the parent who brought in some food to share. The children and parents really enjoyed it.

Our construction zone has been super busy this wee Our construction zone has been super busy this week. The children have been working collaboratively sharing their creative imagination ideas with each other and building construction models together. Team work makes the dream work.

🌙✨🕌We have a very busy half term full of n 🌙✨🕌We have a very busy half term full of new learning and celebrating key events in different religions. We started the term with learning about Ramadan and how Muslims embrace this special month. The children shared how they are celebrating Ramadan at home with their families, what their families may have at Iftar (the time Muslim families break their fast), some children said they go to the mosque to perform prayer with their families and having big dinners with there families. This term we will also be observing and learning about Easter and most exciting world book day. Keep your eyes peeled for some very exciting photos to come up on to our page and key dates. 🕌🌙✨

Holiday club fun. We were busy being creative this Holiday club fun. We were busy being creative this half term, from making pizza or banana cake to creating a range of different structures with our junk modelling. ‘It’s a crocodile’ said Maisoon. 🐊. We had a wonderfully physical workshop, the parent We had a wonderfully physical workshop, the parents really enjoyed learning about different ways to support their children with physical development at home. Most importantly having the chance to have a go at the activities them self, the children then joined in and completed the activities with their parents. Learning through play is the best way to learn. There are many ways you can support your child with physical development at home, if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask our physical development co-ordinator.

Porridge 🥣 in the making. The children have tak Porridge 🥣 in the making. The children have taken a big focus on the story of Goldilocks and the three bears 🐻, so this morning the children made their own porridge. What a lovely class breakfast, the children discussed the ingredients, the steps to making porridge and most importantly the safety when using kitchen appliances. The best part was the tasting.
We love maths! Counting and number recognition wen We love maths! Counting and number recognition went down so well, so proud of the progress our children are making. Maths is all around us and we embed it across the whole environment.
