Each week this term we will be learning about a new letter sound. Please ask your child to find an object at home and take a photograph with the object that begins with that sound – for example, a ball for ‘b’, a tiger for ‘t’, an orange for ‘o’ etc. Please email the photo to homelearning@golborne.rbkc.sch.uk.
The photos will be hung up for display on our “Sound of the Week” line in black and white room.
Please remember that it is the sound at the beginning of the word we are focusing on, rather than the letter name. For example, if we are learning about the sound ‘f’, you could photograph toy ‘phone’. Here are the sounds we will be learning about this term:
