The children have been participating in Mind Up sessions, focusing on mindfulness and emotional well-being. The adult guided the children through calming breathing exercises to help calm their minds and bodies. The children were invited to lie down, close their eyes, and breathe slowly in and out as the adult gently rang a chime to signal the start. They also practiced deep breathing using tools like the breathing ball and feathers.#mindup #selfregulation #breathinbreathout
